You may ask Lacak to delete personal data it handles about you.
How to submit a request
- Email [email protected] with the subject “Lacak Data Deletion Request.”
- Include your name, related phone number or email address, organization if applicable, your relationship to the data, and the data you want deleted.
- We will verify your authority proportionately. Do not send a password, access token, or identity document before we provide a secure verification method.
Disconnecting Meta
A business admin can disconnect a Page, ad account, or WhatsApp asset from Lacak's Integrations screen and remove Lacak from Meta Business Integrations. Disconnecting stops new access; submit a deletion request as well if you want stored data deleted or anonymized.
What is deleted or anonymized
- Contact details, lead records, form answers, attribution, status, and identifiable history.
- Personal identifiers in related notes, quotes, invoices, and documents.
- Public tokens and related files that no longer need to be retained.
Minimum audit records, information required by law, security or dispute evidence, and aggregated data that no longer identifies a person may be retained. Encrypted backup copies expire through the retention cycle within 30 days. Third-party copies follow the provider's deletion process and retention terms.
Timing
We target acknowledgment within 3 business days and completion within 30 calendar days after verification. If the request is complex, legally restricted, or needs more information, we will explain its status and next steps. We will confirm when deletion or anonymization is complete.
